LEAGUE LEADERS IN CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES

It was a jaw-dropping night of competition last Wednesday at Tetris Tournament. Long-forgotten warriors returned from obscurity to retake their place among the best in Tetris, and for the first time ever a player won his second consecutive championship. Welcome to Spring - Tetris style!

	*1st Place Champion - Zack* Many have wondered who would be the first Tetris player to win consecutive championships. Answer: it was Zack. With a raw mix of speed and poise, Zack went undefeated in March, improving his win streak to 12 (the most in Tetris history). Will he win it all next month and make it a dynasty?
	*2nd Place - Dewey Decimator* Dewey Decimator improved on February's performance (his best ever), with a head-turning push that took him all the way to his first ever Finals appearance. A long time veteran, Dewey is playing the best Tetris of his life.
	*3rd Place - Melissa Tapp* Some may remember Melissa Tapp as a Tetris regular who could beat any player on any night. And after a long, depressing absence, Tapp returned to show her critics that she's still one of the best in the game.
	*4th Place - Jesse Johnson*
	*5th Place - Suzaster*
	*6th Place - Leslie Volkar*
	*7th Place - Vinnie*
	*8th Place - Ginni*

	*Rookie of the Month - Isosceles Isolator* Isosceles Isolator may have the longest name of all the Tetris rookies, but she also has the tightest game. She outlasted all other first time players to inch into the final 12, and even then she looked like she could go all the way. An exciting player to watch!
	*Biggest Meltdown - Jabberwalky* In the biggest What-The-Hell-Just-Happened of the night, Jabberwalky, suddenly and without explanation, stacked up his pieces to the top with only ten seconds to go in a match he was WINNING against Ginni. Those watching couldn't believe it, and neither could Jabberwalky himself.
	*Most Improved Player - Dewey Decimator* Dewey's been playing Tetris as long as anyone in the game, and on Wednesday he finally stepped into the realm of the elite. Can he take it to the next step in April? We think yes!
	*Best Dressed - Tasha MF K* You've heard of MLK Day? Wednesday was MFK Day, when Tasha MF K won her first ever (but probably first of many) Best Dressed Award. A mix of class and style, Tasha wowed the audience with her good taste.
